Karate club "Cunami" was established by a pioneer of karate movement in the Northern Lithuania Valdemaras Kozlovas in 1991. Since then it has produced 28 black belts (up to 5th Dan). Club hosts karate competitions, seminars and Dan exams, camps. Club‘s members participate and win trophies at Lithuanian, Baltic, Europe and World karate competitions, improve and raise their qualification at international karate seminars. Club "Cunami" is a direct member of FSKA (Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Association) and LKA (Lithuanian Karate Association). A member of SKDUN (Shotokan Karate - Do of United Nations) through LKA. Club‘s name "Cunami" (Lithuanian) means Tsunami in English.
