We are lucky to be able to host a course with Sensei Simon Oliver ,JKR chief instructor ,7th Dan. Sensei is renowned for skill and knowledge of traditional defensive techniques found in kata .the cost is £10 for 2 hours or £6 for one hour ,this a open course ,all grades are welcome .If you have not trained with Sensei Simon this course will open your eyes to real karate
